In December 2003, the Government of the Republic of Indonesia issued the New Regulation for VISA

Presidential Decree No. 103, 2003 regulates SHORT VISIT FREE VISA Facilities

Valid for the Citizens of :

Brunei Darussalam
Chile
Hong Kong SAR
Macao
Malaysia
Morocco
Peru
Philippine
Singapore
Thailand
Vietnam

The maximum period permitted to stay is 30 (thirty) days.
This Visa neither be extended and nor be converted into other status of immigrant permit
This Visa only valid for tourism, social culture visit, business visit and government duties

In case of natural disaster, accident or illness, this permit can be extend approval of the Minister of justice and human rights.

Decree of the Minister of Justice and Human Rights, No. M-04.01.10, 2003 regulates the VISA ON ARRIVAL Facilities.

The Government of Indonesia has issued a new regulation exempting from visa for Turkish Diplomatic Passport and Service Passport holder to enter and stay in Indonesia beginning August 18, 2004 not exceeding 14 (fourteen) days which can not be extended and converted to stay permit.
